To compliment our 'Saison de la comedie Francaise' we continue the theme of great French farce by showing a feast of French Cine.

Mon Oncle and Les Vacances De Monsieur Hulot, two films directed by the famous French film maker Jacques Tati. They are both classics of modern French film making and are rarely shown on TV or cinemas in the UK. (Both films have English subtitles) An ideal opportunity to sample France's great reputation for farce, right here at la grange au toit de chaume. (the thatched barn!)
